Barcelona news: Luis Suarez tells La Liga giants he will QUIT if Antoine Griezmann signs

BARCELONA star Luis Suarez has reportedly told the club he will leave if the club sign a striker in the mould of Atletico Madrid ace Antoine Griezmann.

Suarez has struggled for Barcelona this season, managing just five goals despite the club dominating La Liga and reaching the knockout stages of the Champions League.

The 30-year-old still appears to be feeling the effects of a serious knee injury sustained in the Spanish Super Cup defeat to Real Madrid in August.

His toiling performances has led to plenty of talk that Barcelona may be about to replace him with Griezmann, who has emerged as a priority target.

And Spanish outlet Don Balon say Suarez is furious at the prospect of the France international arriving.

Ever since signing for Barcelona from Liverpool in 2014, the Uruguay international has been a regular in the team.
